Old Town Spring

Old Town Spring is an old town with 150 shops located only 30 minutes from downtown Houston off the 45.

This little town has a really cute Toy Store that my kids got lost in called Why Not Toys.

For all of your cute Texas gifts there were plenty in The Texas Store.

Whilst I was looking in the cute antique and craft stores my husband found the Dugout, a shop with plenty of sporting promotional items.

Make sure you stop and get some genuine Texas food at the Loose Caboose, an actual red caboose serving your favorite BBQ.

There are plenty of spots for a beer or wine.

We purchased a number of gourmet foods at the Amish Barn.

A great but busy time to visit is with the Texas Crawfish Music Festival.

The festival is one of the longest running in Houston and hosts lots of local, regional and national music entertainment.  There will be local artists as well as plenty of Southern Louisiana Crawfish.

Old Town Spring is a must visit when you have guests in town, being only 30 minutes away, there is no reason you can’t make it a quick visit!
